This Privacy Policy explains what information Bina ("Bina," "we," "us") collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to getbina.ai and the Bina product.

Information we collect

Information you provide

Account information: name, email, company, and role when you sign up or contact us.
Operational content: screen recordings, documents, source material, and other content you upload or connect so Bina can analyze and generate from it.
Communications: messages you send us, including form submissions and support requests.
Billing information: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

Usage data: how you interact with the product (pages viewed, features used), collected via our analytics provider.
Device and log data: IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used for security and diagnostics.

How we use information

To provide, operate, and improve the Bina platform and its modules.
To analyze your operational content and generate the deliverables you request.
To authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse.
To communicate with you about your account, support, and service updates.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only:

With subprocessors that operate the platform on our behalf (hosting, database, storage, AI inference, transcription, payments, email, analytics) under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. See our Security page for the categories of subprocessors we use.
When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the service, and analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion at any time (see "Your rights").

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@getbina.ai. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

International transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

We protect personal information with technical and organizational measures described on our Security page, including encryption in transit and at rest and database-level tenant isolation.

Children's privacy

Bina is a business product and is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
